there are a hell of a lot more savers than mortgages holders, and broon will want to keep them
sweet, as they are getting zero interest at the moment. If opinions polls remain the same
conservatives 43 v labour30 the cons will get in with a working majority. Of course labour will
be pulling out all the stops, making all the right noises, in otherwise they will lie through their teeth,
however, l dont think that the british electorate will be conned twice. lf opinion remain the same or
improve, you will see sterling gradually strengthen up to election, after that who knows!
My finger hit the wrong button, l guess the snow is getting to me
In view of the Jap Fin minister jawboning on his first day in office about the yen and it selling off,
how do you think the market will re-act from here on in - is it likely to continue to be under
pressure in the interim. l know the previous minister spoke about the yen, but somehow did
not take any notice, unlike this present guy, l guess its the fear of the unknown.
thanks
Will the secret ballot on gordon brown to remain leader hurt the GBP, whilst this is going on
Thank You
Hi Ashraf,
I have a long position gbp/yen since 1.44, in view of recent rally, could you advise if there is
further mileage in this pair. l know you are bullish usd v gbp but how do you see gbp/yen
performing within 2/3 months, presuming the data coming out of the uk improves
Thank you for your input. l suppose l could use ETF'S, but l have never dealt with them,
your timing apparently has to be very precise. l guess i'm looking for a stress free life,
like having my cake and eating it to.
,
l trade exactly the same way you do, although not long term like youself, usually if l see 800/1000
pips if l dont see the trade going any further in the interim. What l would like to ask you,as you are
in for the longer term, do you hedge your bets, and if so how?
Which would you see as the better play in the medium term - shorting GBP/CHF
or long USD/chf.
Thanks
as you obviously do not get it. Its a question of RESPECT for the forum and as the previous person
said, not monopolising it with your questions . l'm presuming that you do know what a forum is,
its for all traders, not just for chloethebull
